Objectives / Coaching Philosophy
Continued Development for both (2) U-12 Competition Soccer Teams in the Weber & Davis County area for the Fall 2014/Spring 2015 soccer year, expanding both team rosters this year by roughly 5 players each, and adding a full time Goal Keeper. To facilitate continued enjoyment for the girls in playing the game of soccer, while developing their individual and team skills both on and off the soccer field, by: 1) teaching the fundamental skills necessary to create a foundation for success in the coming years, through positive coaching and encouragement to have fun, work hard, give their best effort, and always seek to develop their best self; 2) use my professional experience and education in the field of Human Performance Improvement to foster an emotionally safe athletic/team environment, where players are not afraid to make mistakes and can learn, practice, and improve; and, 3) help instill principles and values that will build self-esteem, confidence, and character, and contribute to success in soccer at the higher levels of UYSA State Play and in the many other areas and aspects of their lives.

*3rd Place in State Championship in 2002 (Division 1), Premiere Division play in 2002/03 soccer year
*2nd Place in State Championship in 2006 (Division 1), Premiere Division play in 2006/2007 soccer year
*Obtained USSF “C” national coaching license (2004)
*Coached Youth Girls (AYSO) from Fall 2007 to Spring 2012 - the past 5 years (U5 – U10)
